Guests that are part of group reservations (bus tours or tour operators) are not allowed to access the area. Access to the relax area, swimming pool and gym is limited to adult guests only.
Admission allowed to max 20 people at a time.
Entry into the water allowed to max 10 people at a time, always respecting the distances of at least 1 meter from each other.
Before entering the pool water, take a thorough soapy shower all over your body.
Compulsory use of the headset.
It is forbidden to introduce soft drinks or alcoholic beverages of any kind into the relax area.
